ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger is an emotion that is usually characterised by feelings of frustration, agitation, hostility, or aggression. When do we feel anger? We can feel angry in different situations such as if someone has done something wrong to us, when a situation is unfair, feeling threatened etc.
Anger is a natural human emotion, and it is ok to feel anger. It is how we express the anger that can cause problems such as expressing anger in an abusive or negative way which is unacceptable. This is why having control of your anger is important. Suppressing anger can become very unhealthy as it can build up in your body causing you to explode, therefore, it is important that anger is managed appropriately. How do you manage your anger? You can manage your anger by learning to sit with your emotions and express it in a healthy way. This is something our team can help you with.
