We are a service with lived experience and professional training to provide the best support for our clients.
What has allowed us to successfully support clients throughout their counselling journey is being able to connect through our own lived experiences. Having a lived experience in the field of mental health really assists clients in feeling that they are not alone, that they are understood and heard and that they themselves do have a voice. The professional training in this field allows us to provide appropriate tools and interventions to help clients effectively work through their issues.
If you or someone who is struggling with mental health or addiction, we can assure you we are here to help. Sometimes feeling stuck doesn’t mean it’s the end, it’s your body’s way of telling you that you need help.

History of experience:

Have experience working with DHHS clients. Children who identify of having high-risk behaviours such as substance misuse, disengagement from pro-social activities (school and work), criminal activity, unprotected sex including more.

Have experience working with adults mandated from DHHS to receive counselling in order to have access to their children. These adults usually identify having addiction issues, domestic violence issues etc.

Have experience working within different rage of settings from secondary school settings, Private hospital (inpatient and outpatient wards), and clinics.
